Last month, I had an incredible opportunity to work with Aditya Jella on an underwater music video for his new song, Nee Yedalo. This video, which was released last week, follows the story of a free-diver who discovers hidden treasure and meets a beautiful mermaid! Shooting Nee Yedalo

Early morning on June 26th, Anthony and I met up with singer Aditya Jella and videographer Tom Fitz on the docks of PonTunes Boat Rentals and Marina in Key Largo. We were welcomed warmly by our boat driver Kye who helped us load our equipment on the boat. A master diver joined our party and the six of us set sail around 8 am.

The water was flat and a beautiful shade of blue! With months of planning and coordination to get all of us together for one day, we were lucky to be blessed with gorgeous weather and great visibility. It was an amazing ride out to sea.

Kye drove us to our first dive location about an hour from shore. The depth was about 25 ft and the sea life was incredible! Tom was a master with his camera. He took some single shots of each of us swimming and some candid shots as well.

At our second location, Aditya was filmed finding a ukulele and playing it underwater.

Tom allowed me to experiment with some fun ideas including this bubble ring shot which made it into the final cut of the music video!

After a long day of shooting, we returned to shore around 5:30pm. Though we may have appeared a bit motley in the morning, I am so happy that this video brought together so many talented people from around the world! Thank you again to Aditya for letting me join you and the others on this wonderful experience.
