Mermaid Goal Ideas for your 2025 Bingo Card

Make a well-rounded mermaid bingo card by including attainable goals from all aspects of your life including health, travel, art, work, etc. This will help you keep your eyes peeled for opportunities to grow as a person in “all directions.” Re-think your ideal goals to make them attainable for you: for example, you may want a 5 minute breath hold, but if your current PR is 45 seconds, you should choose a more obtainable goal. Instead of putting a magic number on the breath-hold itself, shift your focus to the training it will take to get there, and create a streak goal. Rather than “5 Minute Breathhold,” your Bingo card goal can be: Daily Breathwork (20 day streak). Hope this helps you make resolutions you actually CAN & will to stick to! You’ll need 24 goals to fill in all the Bingo card spaces, or you can always add more free spaces as needed.
